Fashion by Foot acknowledges how important your privacy is to you. We don’t sell or share your information to a third party.
Fashion by Foot serves alcohol but promotes responsible drinking. If we are at a venue that is not ours, it is the venue’s right to request intoxicated guests to leave, and Fashion by Foot has no power to revert this decision.
Fashion by Foot guests are covered by Public Liability Insurance, though we very much hope it will not be needed! However, in the event of a claim, all dealings will be managed by our policy holder.

1. Off the Rack tours
Our Off the Rack tours (those open to all members of the public) are not confirmed until payment is received (by Fashion by Foot or by our agent).
If you need to change the date of your tour six days or more prior to the commencement date, there is no additional charge. But please note, the rebooked tour date must be within two months of the original tour date.
All changes are subject to availability. If we cannot accommodate your group in a future tour, we may need to consider this as a cancellation and fees will be charged accordingly, however we will do our utmost to accommodate your requirements.
If you cancel your Off the Rack tour booking, the following fees apply:
Ours of tour commencement – refunds are not offered
From 2 - 7 days in advance – 50% of tour cost
Within 48 hours of tour commencement – refunds are not offered
Fashion by Foot operates in all kinds of weather, though we reserve the right to alter or amend a tour if circumstances require.
If Fashion by Foot is forced to cancel an Off the Rack tour you have booked, any prior tour payments will be fully refunded (other than fees that may have been paid to a third party booking agent). Please note, the chances of us cancelling are highly unlikely!
2. Tailor-made tours
Our Tailor-made tours, for corporate, friendship, fundraising groups and other private group bookings, have special cancellation and booking policies to ensure we can maintain these as exclusive experiences.
A deposit of 50% of the quoted tour price is requested to confirm your tour. Bookings are confirmed only once this payment is received by Fashion by Foot
Full payment is required 7 days prior to departure.
The following fees will be invoiced if your confirmed booking is cancelled:
More than a month in advance; 5% service fee
More than 14 days in advance; 10% of funds paid
7- 14 days in advance, or numbers reduced; a 50% charge applies
Additional numbers will be accommodated subject to availability.
Any change requests must be directed to Fashion by Foot in writing
Refunds are not offered on group bookings that are cancelled within 7 days of tour commencement

Fashion by Foot tours operate in all weather, though we reserve the right to alter or amend an itinerary if circumstances require
Tours conducted in Mandarin
These tours are considered to be Tailor-made bookings, as we do these as private options using an interpreter who is fluent in Mandarin. Group sizes can be from 2 – 10, and duration can range from 2 – 4 hours with lunch options.
